[VIDEO] Eminem Suing Audi For Using His Music Without Permission

Maybe they should have asked first...
Eminem and his publishing company Eight Mile Style are suing German car company Audi after the company used his songs in a commercial without permission.
They're seeking a cease-and-desist order against Audi after their commercial for the 2012 Audi A6 Avant features music similar to Eminem's "Lose Yourself".
A similar campaign from Chrysler called "Made in Detroit" aired this year, but it had Eminem's permission.
Joel Martin, a spokesperson for Eight Mile Style said: "We believe Audi not only used 'Lose Yourself' to sell their product without permission, but their spot actually feels inspired by elements of Chrysler's commercial campaign."
